United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County has an exciting opportunity
for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time
Service Coordinator! This fast-paced position works directly with children
and teenagers with disabilities in a variety of community settings, as well as
coordinates respite care to provide caregiving relief to families.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and attention to detail
is a must! Applicants should be comfortable supporting children and
teenagers with a wide variety of needs. Experience with supervision is
beneficial as this position also supervises direct-care staff. BA/BS in Social
Work, Human Services or a related field is preferred. Experience working
with people with disabilities, families and/or youth populations is required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
