Customer Service Specialist
The member records & information specialist is the initial contact point
for providing outstanding customer service to both the public and
members calling the State Bar, providing callers with information on
legal seminars, publications, products and taking orders for same and
maintaining the membership database.
If you have the ability to deliver high level customer service, can
communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers, and possess
strong computer skills, we want you on our team. Minimum 2 years
customer service/call center experience required; experience with
online order entry a plus. Full-time position offering a competitive
