Associate Director of Administration

The Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) is seeking an Associate Director
of Administration. The WCER Associate Director of Administration is responsible for the
successful financial management and operations of the entire Center, achieved in part by
promoting advanced technology solutions. The Associate Director is also responsible for
strategic and long-range planning on behalf of the financial and operational health of the
Center. The successful candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and creative ideas to
this position and will work in a collaborative environment.


The Associate Director for Administration leads and inspires a diverse team of
professionals who support education research and product development by providing
comprehensive services and creative, effective solutions to the WCER community. The
Associate Director oversees the Business Office, WCER Communications, Facilities
Management, and WCER Copy and Mail Services. This position reports directly to the
WCER Director.


Advertised Salary: Minimum $95,000 ANNUAL (12 months) - Depending on
Qualifications


Degree and area of specialization: Master's degree is required in a relevant field such
as Finance, Business, Public Administration, accounting, or related field.
