     Housing and Tenant Relations Specialist

The Housing and Tenant Relations Specialist will assist the Common
Wealth Development Team in the management of 146 affordable housing
units on Madison’s east and southwest side.  The position involves
marketing and leasing, compliance, building tenant relationships, and on-
site management in Southwest Madison. Full-time/benefits.Graduates of

                  Youth Employment Specialist

The Youth Employment Specialist will create employment opportunities for
teens in Common Wealth’s youth programs, and focus on job development
and networking with businesses. This will include helping deliver our

employment and financial education, job placement, and mentoring
programs to economically disadvantaged youth. Applicants should have a
valid driver’s license and regular access to an insured car. Full-

The Youth Programs Manager will lead Common Wealth’s youth
employment, financial education, and mentoring programs. This includes
supervising and supporting program staff; leading program planning,
implementation, and evaluation; ensuring program resources are used
