Common Wealth is seeking a motivated, energetic Housing Temp to assist
with administrative tasks in our housing department. Applicants should have
strong administrative and organizational skills. This is a 20-40 hours/week
Limited Term Employment (LTE) position. Pay is $18-$22 depending on
experience, with no benefits. The position starts immediately.

      Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-
paced environment, ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, handle multiple
responsibilities at once, and work effectively both independently with minimal
supervision and as a member of a team.
     Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and to problem solve.
     Ability to use word processing, spreadsheets and data base computer
software applicable to work.
     MUST be fluent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
     Ability to use the Internet effectively.
     Have own vehicle, clean driving record and liability insurance.
     Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
     Three years of consecutive experience in a paid administrative setting.
      Advanced written skills are REQUIRED; there is a writing exam as part of
the hiring process.

Desired Qualifications:
      Familiarity with property management, landlord/tenant law, WHEDA Tax
Credit Compliance and/or Fair Housing training
